Shipping policy
Once your order has been received and payment has been approved, we endeavour to dispatch your order to you as soon as is practically possible. You will receive a tracking number in order to track your parcel with the courier.
Please ensure that someone is available during normal business hours at the address provided to receive the order. We cannot be held liable for deliveries not taking place due to there not being anyone at the address to receive the order. If the courier has to re-deliver on another day, additional costs may apply.
